Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Find and onboard new retail customers through local networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain long-term relationships with retail clients and act as their main point of contact for daily banking and financial needs.
- Financial Advisory: Assess customer goals to recommend appropriate banking products, such as savings accounts, loans, investments, or insurance.
- Cross-Selling & Targets: Meet business growth and sales targets by promoting additional bank services to existing clients.
- Service Coordination: Work with internal credit, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Records: Keep accurate customer records in CRM tools and follow regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
