Deputy Manager - Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Improve productivity through time studies, work measurement, and process optimization.
• Perform capacity planning for manpower, equipment, and production lines.
• Drive line balancing, workflow improvements, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, OEE).
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and support audits.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, as required.
