PMO Executive (5-8 Years) - Job Description
Position: PMO Executive
Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards.
- Support project governance, planning, and resource management activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and utilization metrics.
- Facilitate project review meetings and document key actions.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and processes.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support.
- Strong understanding of project management lifecycle and governance.
- Experience in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
