Risk Data Analytics - Senior Developer
Risk and Financial domain [RDAI] developer with experience in Design assignment with Web Services, Knowledge of Java, React and other libraries or frameworks, Develop and maintain code base in Git Lab. Develop/Design/debug system architecture and ETL interfaces for different data providers and integrate data into data warehouse. Design and develop functional business enhancements in the database/Python.

Position Summary: 

• Individual contributor with financial risk analysis and reporting at TIAA India with responsibility for development and support of financial risk reports and provide financial risk technology analysis. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide financial risk analysis for technical projects and support to global risk (Financial) reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders, as relevant, to ensure technical applications are up to date
• Work closely on a variety of priorities and assignments ensuring timely and seamless delivery

Required Soft Skill

• Excellent Power BI / Tableau skills
• In depth Risk and financial markets knowledge
• Ability to multitask and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and attention to detail
• Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and focused on timely deliverables
• Self-starter; ability to complete tasks independently with minimum supervision and use independent judgment in decision-making

Skills Required

• Tableau or Power BI reporting
• Financial security and technical workflow analysis
• Oracle, Python, PL/SQL
• Scheduling experience ( Autosys, Control-M)

Functional Knowledge Required

• Experience within or supporting Technology and/or Risk Operations.
• Preferred – Risk technology experience within leading Financial Services organizations.
• Preferred – Knowledge of MSCI Risk Metrics.
• A self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional groups and support senior management.
• Familiarity with financial products and risk analytics.
