What would you do? • We are seeking a professional HTML CSS JavaScript Developer to support the delivery and ongoing operation of responsive, accessible, and high-quality web experiences. The role combines hands-on front-end development with disciplined operational execution, including requirement analysis, content and interface updates, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and timely delivery against agreed service levels. • Typically 2 to 4 years of relevant hands on experience in front end development, web production or digital operations. • Demonstrable portfolio or work samples showing responsive HTML, CSS and JavaScript implementation. • Experience working in a structured delivery environment with quality checks, deadlines and stakeholder coordination. • • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work • Experience with front end testing tools or frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright or equivalent. • Familiarity with Figma, design systems, reusable component libraries and design to code implementation. • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development or a related discipline.
What are we looking for? • • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, browser storage, HTTP fundamentals, and front-end security practices. • • Awareness of web accessibility, performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and coding standards. • • Experience with defect tracking, work management, or service management tools. • Experience with a CMS such as Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress or an equivalent enterprise platform. • Exposure to React, Angular, Vue, Next.js or another component based JavaScript framework. • Knowledge of TypeScript, Sass SCSS, npm, build tools and automated front end workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Develop, maintain, and enhance web pages and reusable interface components using semantic HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript. • • Convert approved designs, wireframes, and business requirements into accurate, responsive, and production-ready web experiences. • • Perform content, layout, styling, and interaction updates within enterprise CMS and digital platforms. • • Ensure compatibility across supported browsers, devices, resolutions, and operating environments. • • Apply accessibility standards, including semantic structure, keyboard usability, clear focus states, appropriate labels, and WCAG-aligned implementation. • • Optimize front-end performance through efficient code, image and asset handling, reduced rendering overhead, and appropriate loading techniques. • • Conduct functional, visual, regression, responsive, and basic accessibility testing before release. • • Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and validate resolution within agreed timelines. • • Follow version control, peer review, deployment, change management, and release governance processes. • • Create and maintain technical notes, implementation guidance, reusable code standards, and support documentation. • • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA teams, content teams, project managers, and client stakeholders. • • Provide accurate status updates, identify delivery risks early, and escalate blockers through the defined governance path. • • Support production issues and planned operational activities while meeting quality, productivity, and service-level expectations. • • Strong proficiency in HTML5, including semantic markup, forms, tables, metadata, and accessible page structure. • • Strong proficiency in CSS3, including selectors, cascade, specificity, Flexbox, Grid, media queries, responsive design, transitions, and reusable styling patterns.
