Program Manager - Process Implementation & Improvement (PMO)

A purpose driven role for you

• Drive the end-to-end R&D processes to accelerate new product development (NPD).
• Continuous process improvements and lead implementation through cross-functional workshops, change management, and IT systems adoption.
• Conduct process audits to evaluate performance and establish actionable short- and long-term plans that continuously optimize project Quality, Cost, and Delivery Time (QCT).
• Deliver weekly/monthly strategic presentations and backup documentation to CXO leadership, driving the implementation of executive guidelines and feedback.

A Day in the life

Business Processes Re-Engineering to aid New product development

Leverage tool support to enable process improvement execution.

Audit and validate process adoption to ensure operational compliance and success.

Deliver strategic presentations to CXO leadership and execute resulting guidance across operations.

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA - Desired
BE / B Tech – Mech. /Automotive
PMP Certification (Added advantage)
