Job Description

1. Quality Analyst (6-7 Years) – 4 monthsExperience6-7 years in Banking/Financial Services Testing with minimum 3+ years in RBI IRAC/NPA/ECL/Provisioning domain.Key Responsibilities· Lead testing for RBI IRAC, NPA, ECL and Asset Classification initiatives.· Validate borrower-level NPA classification, DPD calculations, provisioning and income recognition logic.· Perform requirement analysis, test strategy, test scenario design, functional and system integration testing.· Validate ENPA/NPA engine integrations with CBS, DWH, Loan Systems and downstream applications.· Execute SIT, UAT support, regression testing and defect management.· Review test cases, mentor junior testers and coordinate with Business, Risk, IRAC and Technology teams.· Validate RBI compliance, audit observations, restructuring, co-borrower, provisioning and regulatory reporting changes.Mandatory Skills· Strong IRAC/NPA expertise as per RBI guidelines.· Working knowledge of ECL framework, DPD, SMA, NPA, Asset Classification and Provisioning.· Banking products: TL, CC/OD, Retail Loans, MSME, Corporate Lending, Agri Loans, Credit Cards.· SQL and data validation skills.· Experience in Test Management tools (Test Calibre/JIRA/ALM or equivalent).· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred· Exposure to Finacle or other CBS platforms.· Knowledge of RBI automation and regulatory compliance frameworks.
