Roles & responsibilities

•Responsible for overseeing end-to-end resource management for the respective business team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.

•Portfolio Planning – creating staffing portfolios aligned with growth strategy, ensuring year-on-year continuity for large clients, proactively backfilling attrition, maintaining the optimal resource mix, and driving effective load balancing & secondments.

•HC forecast – Based on YoY trends & forecast, predict the headcount requirements for Hiring and Borrowing majorly during busy season. Also, lending resources when its non-busy period to improve utilization.

•Analyze and share reports on weekly utilization/ plan vs actuals/ scheduling projections with the respective stakeholders.

•Strategically drive the demand and supply forecast fulfilment.

•Act as first point of contact for any potential concerns/queries raised by business teams and escalate to the RM lead if necessary.

•Collaborate with onshore RM’s and highlight any potential risk on offshore capacity, availability and open needs.

•Stakeholder Management - Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor messaging to necessary stakeholders. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting key client deliverables due to resourcing constraints.

•Continually promote and improve a positive working relationship with other central teams such as TA, L&D etc.

•Play an active role in the deployment of national strategic programs/ initiatives for KRC Audit.
