Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Manage collection activities for assigned loan portfolios.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Conduct field visits to customers for collections and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular contact with borrowers to understand repayment issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Reduce portfolio delinquency and control non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Negotiate repayment schedules with delinquent customers when required.
- Coordinate with branch operations, credit, and sales teams for effective portfolio management.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update collection systems regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Identify potential default accounts and initiate preventive collection actions.
- Prepare collection reports and MIS for management review.
