Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Acquire new high-value retail clients via networking and referrals.
    • Complete KYC and compliance checks during client onboarding.

Portfolio & Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.
  • Monitor account activities and maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Advisory & Cross-Selling:
    • Assess personal financial goals and risk appetites.
    • Cross-sell banking products like mortgages, credit cards, and insurance.
    • Recommend investment and wealth management options
