Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead the design and development of engaging, scalable, and outcome-driven learning experiences across digital, blended, and instructor-led formats. The role will focus on instructional design, content development, learning experience design, design quality, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design, including needs analysis, curriculum mapping, storyboarding, content development, and continuous improvement. Design and develop digital, e-learning, blended, and instructor-led learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Collaborate with SMEs, faculty, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to convert learning requirements into engaging and outcome-driven solutions. Manage design teams, vendors, timelines, quality standards, and multiple learning projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Use learning analytics, learner feedback, assessments, and Kirkpatrick-based evaluation to improve engagement, learning effectiveness, and business outcomes. Leverage Articulate 360, LMS/LXP platforms, AI, gamification, and emerging learning technologies to create innovative and scalable learning experiences. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, content development, L&D, digital learning, or EdTech. Strong expertise in instructional design, curriculum/content development, e-learning, blended learning, and learning needs analysis. Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), storyboarding, Vyond, Canva, or similar content development tools. Proven experience managing design teams, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, with strong project and delivery management skills. Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Model. Experience using learning analytics and dashboards to measure learner engagement, completion, learning effectiveness, and business impact. Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning technologies, and global learner audiences is preferred. Exposure to AI-driven learning, gamification, personalization, and emerging EdTech technologies is an advantage.
