We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Sr. Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Job Description : MuleSoft Support Engineer (4–6 Years)

  Position: MuleSoft Support Engineer

  Experience: 4–6 Years

  Location : India(Remote)

• Job Summary

  We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to provide Level 2 production support for enterprise integration platforms built on MuleSoft. The role involves incident triage, operational troubleshooting, API monitoring, message reprocessing, log analysis, and coordination with application and platform teams to ensure timely incident resolution.

  The ideal candidate should have strong MuleSoft operational knowledge with exposure to messaging platforms and production support processes.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 production support for MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
  • Monitor production incidents and troubleshoot API failures.
  • Perform application log analysis and identify probable root causes.
  • Execute approved runbooks for recovery activities.
  • Perform message validation and reprocessing for Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ.
  • Monitor and support scheduled integration jobs through JAMS.
  • Perform health checks for MuleSoft applications and dependent integrations.
  • Analyze API failures, connectivity issues, authentication errors, timeout issues, and payload validation failures.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, database, and middleware teams during incident resolution.
  • Maintain accurate ServiceNow ticket updates throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Participate in shift handovers and operational reporting.
  • Contribute to knowledge articles, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Participate in RCA discussions and identify recurring operational improvements.
