We are currently seeking a TTA Delivery Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

TTA Delivery Manager – Job Description:

Role Overview:

The TTA Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, managing project teams, client stakeholders, delivery governance, solution quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.

The role requires a combination of TTA technical knowledge, IDP/BPM understanding, project management, banking domain expertise, and client-facing consulting skills.

Typical Experience:

15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in TTA/IDP/BPM-related delivery, preferably with experience managing large enterprise or banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of TTA/IDP projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, governance structure and KPIs.
• Manage multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum and organizational delivery standards.

2. TTA / IDP Solution Delivery

• Provide delivery leadership for Tungsten TotalAgility implementations.
• Oversee document capture, classification, extraction, validation and workflow processes.
• Understand TTA components including:
• Capture & Document Processing
• Classification
• Extraction
• Transformation
• Validation
• Workflow/BPM
• Business Rules
• Integration/API
• Analytics and Reporting
• Ensure integration with core banking, LOS, CRM, ECM, BPM and downstream systems.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery contact for business and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technology/delivery initiatives.
• Manage expectations, escalations and critical delivery issues.
• Support client workshops, solution discussions and roadmap planning.

4. Banking / Financial Services
Experience in banking processes such as:

• Loan origination
• KYC/AML
• Account opening
• Mortgage
• Trade finance / Payments
• Credit processing
• Customer onboarding
• Document verification
• Back-office operations

Experience with Finacle, LOS, CRM, BPM, ECM or API-based banking platforms is an advantage.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead TTA architects, developers, business analysts, QA and support teams.
• Define roles, responsibilities and resource plans.
• Mentor technical and functional team members.
• Conduct performance and capability reviews.
• Build TTA/IDP capability within the organization.
