Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Customer Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a positive and welcoming retail environment. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs
• Process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Support store operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory checks, and store organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
• Contribute to creating a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related customer-facing role (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with payment processing
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and product information relevant to the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
