What would you do? • Support end to end Incentive Compensation operations including tool setup, data validation, payment calculations, reporting and dispute management. Ensure payout accuracy, process compliance, quality standards and SLA adherence.
What are we looking for? • Any Graduation • 4 to 6 years experience with 2 to 3 years in Incentive Compensation • Experience supporting end to end Incentive Compensation programs • Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills • Operations and project management experience • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a 24x7 environment • Process & Domain Expertise • Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation Management • Incentive setup, administration and payout processing • Payment calculation, reconciliation and data validation • Operational controls and dispute resolution • Agentic AI ena
Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Management • Configure Incentive Compensation processes and reporting tools • Support incentive plan administration, calculations and payouts • Perform data processing, validation and reconciliation • Handle first level dispute and inquiry resolution • Maintain validation files, documentation and process controls • Execute quality checks using Excel, SQL and reporting tools • Generate reports and support operational analytics • Support AI enabled tools for query resolution and payout validation • Assist with roster management, report publishing and process administration • Functional Responsibilities • Deliver assigned activities within SLA and quality standards • Solve day to day operational issues and process exceptions • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members • Act as SME or point of contact for specific processes • Support process governance, documentation and continuous improvement • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Payment Calculation Accuracy • Data Validation Accuracy • SLA Adherence • Quality Control Pass Rate • Documentation Accuracy • Execution KPIs • Dispute Resolution Turnaround Time • Validation File Timeliness • Report Publishing Timeliness • Processes Configured and Validated • Rework Rate
