Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions focused on transformation initiatives and customer journey improvements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure that the implemented solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of the clients and support their strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of API management, messaging protocols, and data transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements related to system integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
