Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting the architecture to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Salesforce.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform services relevant to Salesforce architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
