Branch Manager - MLAP

Core Sales and Target Achievement
    • Volume Sourcing: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for home loan login, sanction, and disbursement values.
    • Product Mix: Promote cross-selling of related financial products like mortgage loans, loan against property (LAP), or insurance.
    • Funnel Management: Maintain a steady and active sales pipeline from lead generation to final closure. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Channel and Relationship Management
    • Builder & Channel Partner Tie-ups: Build and manage relationships with local real estate developers, brokers, and channel partners for steady referrals.
    • Market Networking: Conduct field visits and promotional activities to source open-market retail clients. [1, 2]

Process and Portfolio Quality
    • Initial Credit Evaluation: Perform preliminary checks on customer income eligibility and credit bureau (CIBIL) status before file logging.
    • Documentation Compliance: Collect accurate KYC, legal, and financial documents to reduce rejection rates and prevent fraud.
    • TAT Reduction: Ensure fast processing times by coordinating smoothly between customers and the central credit or processing team. [1]

Customer Service and Reporting
    • Customer Retention: Deliver strong post-sale support to encourage customer referrals and repeat business.
    • Daily Activity Reporting: Submit accurate reports on client meetings, logged files, and market updates to the branch sales manage
