Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loan

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve Gold Loan disbursement and revenue targets for the assigned cluster.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and business penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and local market trends to drive growth.
• Monitor branch-wise performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Conduct customer outreach activities, promotional campaigns, and referral programs.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives within the cluster.
• Set performance goals and monitor individual and branch productivity.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions on sales techniques, products, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure optimum manpower utilization and staff productivity.

Portfolio & Risk Management

• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and operational guidelines.
• Minimize delinquency, fraud, and operational risks.
• Ensure proper valuation, custody, and handling of pledged gold as per company policies.
• Coordinate with operations and audit teams to maintain process compliance.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer grievances and service issues.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.

Branch Operations & Compliance

• Ensure branches comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Monitor branch operational efficiency and process adherence.
• Ensure timely submission of business reports, MIS, and performance reviews.
