Summary:
In the role of an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client needs and system behaviors, facilitating seamless interactions and continuous system reliability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to prevent potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery techniques for database systems.
- Ability to manage database security and user access controls effectively.
- Familiarity with database patching and upgrade processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
