As Microsoft deploys new AI agents and AI-enabled technology to transform Digital Asset review processes, we need dedicated ownership for the performance, quality, and continuous improvement of these capabilities.

As an AI Solution PM, Compliance Automation, you will oversee the health and effectiveness of AI agents supporting Digital Asset reviews, identify new AI automation opportunities, and create proof cases that can progress to full production deployment. You will partner with domain experts, compliance stakeholders, operations teams, engineering, and vendors to translate changing risk signals into agent improvements so review coverage continues to grow and quality continues to improve.

This role is a Technical Program Management opportunity based in Bangalore, India. The role requires strong program management fundamentals, data-driven decision making, technical judgment, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage cross-functional work with minimal guidance across multiple features, workflows, and compliance risk areas.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Own program execution for AI-enabled Digital Asset review capabilities, including agent performance monitoring, issue triage, quality improvement planning, and readiness for launch and post-launch operations.
  • Define and maintain success criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and telemetry needed to measure AI agent coverage, accuracy, review velocity, quality, risk reduction, and customer experience.
  • Partner with risk domain experts to translate emerging risk signals, policy changes, and review findings into clear business requirements, evaluation criteria, backlog items, and prioritized improvement plans.
  • Identify new AI and automation opportunities across the Digital Asset review lifecycle, develop hypotheses, evaluate feasibility and impact, and create proof cases that demonstrate readiness for production deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, risk, compliance, operations, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to deliver improvements on schedule while managing dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive data-informed prioritization by analyzing review outcomes, agent performance trends, false positives, false negatives, escalations, feedback, and operational bottlenecks to recommend improvements that increase coverage and quality.
  • Support solution design and implementation planning for multiple AI-enabled features or functional areas, ensuring requirements are clear, measurable, and aligned to privacy, security, Responsible AI, and business expectations.
  • Develop and manage experimentation, testing, validation, and rollout plans for agent enhancements, including acceptance criteria, go/no-go recommendations, change management, documentation, and operational handoff.
  • Create clear documentation, reporting, and stakeholder-ready narratives that explain agent performance, risks, opportunities, launch readiness, and business impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to program management best practices for compliance automation, including repeatable mechanisms for intake, prioritization, quality review, production readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in technical program management, product/program management, compliance technology, automation, operations, or related work; OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical programs, including requirements definition, prioritization, execution planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience using data, metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or telemetry to evaluate program or product performance and drive measurable improvements.
  • Experience working with AI, automation, workflow tooling, compliance systems, governance processes, or technology-enabled operations.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear business requirements, success criteria, experiments, and implementation plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical and compliance concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agents, machine learning evaluation, prompt or agent quality assessment, model performance monitoring, automated testing, or production readiness for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience supporting compliance functions, governance, or risk management.
  • Experience developing proof-of-concept or proof-case work and converting validated opportunities into production-ready solutions.
  • Experience with reporting and workflow tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, or similar systems used to manage backlogs, metrics, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, manage tradeoffs, and drive alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams.
