Job Description

Branch Sales Manager - AHF

  • Loan Sourcing & Volume Targets
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for home loan disbursals and login numbers.
    • Drive new customer acquisition through direct field sales, local area mapping, and channel partners. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Channel & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong networks with real estate builders, developers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
    • Generate referral pipelines and repeat business through active source engagement. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Portfolio & Lead Conversion
    • Qualify leads via initial eligibility profiling and detailed financial needs assessment.
    • Maintain healthy conversion ratios from lead generation to final loan disbursement. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • File Processing & Coordination
    • Collect, verify, and complete initial documentation for borrower files.
    • Coordinate smoothly with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to fast-track approvals and disbursals. [1, 2]
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Maintain daily activity logs, area mapping reports, and sales pipeline updates in prescribed CRM formats.
    • Ensure complete adherence to company lending policies and regulatory guideline
