Program Lead-Affluent-AFFLUENT-Program & MIS
- Responsibilities: Program Lead-Affluent
Grade: M7
- Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for HNI clients, focusing on their unique financial and lifestyle needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, data analytics, and digital marketing) to identify customer insights and design targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
- Closely work with product and proposition teams to Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with service providers (e.g., luxury travel, lifestyle, wellness, and investment firms) to enhance HNI offerings.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure seamless service delivery and mutual business growth.
- Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences tailored to the preferences of HNI clients.
- Work with Relationship Managers to promote campaigns and partnerships effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze client feedback to refine offerings and maintain the highest levels of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to track customer behavior, campaign impact, and alliance performance.
- Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, client engagement metrics, and partnership success.
- Use insights to recommend strategies for future campaigns and collaborations.
