Branch Manager - Gold Loan
- Responsible for managing branch operations specifically focused on gold loan products. - Oversee customer service, loan disbursement, and recovery processes within the branch. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the assigned locations. - Manage branch performance and contribute to the growth of the gold loan portfolio. - Work closely with regional and area managers to align branch goals with organizational objectives. - Handle administrative and financial responsibilities related to branch management. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the gold loan segment. - Ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation within the branch.Job role
