Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges within and across teams.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
