Must have skills: Finance Operations Transformation

Good to have skills:

• RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate

• Process Mining: Celonis, Signavio (exposure / certification)

• Git / version control; SAP / Oracle Finance module navigation

• Any ERP / Enabling Tech tool exposure (HighRadius, Billtrust, Coupa, Ariba, Blackline, Trintech)

Experience: 3-7 years

Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science — Tier 1 institute

Job Summary:

Drive process excellence and finance transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Python (must have): Scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls, automation; writes clean functional scripts independently
• SQL (must have): Querying Finance datasets; joins, aggregations, sub-queries; extracting insights from ERP / data warehouse tables
• AI-Ready Process Analysis: Analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation / AI opportunities; BPMN or process modelling experience
• Hands-On AI Tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one)
• Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL
• Solution Documentation and  Delivery Contribution
• Finance Sub-Process Knowledge: At least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR)

Professional & Technical Skills:

CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science — Tier 1 institute
