Product Manager-WBG HO / IPO / CIP-SME Platform
Product Manager – Digital Channels
- Own the roadmap, feature backlog, and lifecycle of assigned platform modules or product domains, aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Define product vision, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business, Technology, UX, Architecture, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver platform capabilities.
- Promote the adoption of common platform components and ensure maximum reuse, minimizing duplication across products and journeys.
- Ensure solutions are designed for consistent usage across Web, Mobile, API, and H2H channels, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous enhancements and operational excellence
- 8+ years of Product / Platform Management Experience
- Good understanding of Corporate Banking Domain and workflows.
- Ability to breakdown complex business problems into simple, reusable and flexible product features.
- Team and Stakeholder Management.
