About the role

The GBS Manager – Captive Enablement supports the coordination, structure, and governance of activities related to the Hyderabad Hub. Acting as the hub’s PMO, the role facilitates cross‑functional alignment, readiness tracking, and transition delivery.
This position works closely with global transition teams, hub leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure smooth ramp‑up, alignment to GBS standards, and ongoing hub development.

Your responsibilities

The experience we're looking for

• Over 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of core project management experience.
• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support roles.
• Exposure to Shared Services / GBS / transitions preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a cross functional, fast changing environment.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with structured reporting and governance processes.

• Hub PMO plan and integrated readiness tracker
• Governance cadence, including meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes
• Monthly executive status reports & RAID logs
• Hub readiness assessments at key milestones
• Hypercare coordination tracker
• Hub maturity progress reporting
