Job Title Microsoft Exchange Administrator Messaging EngineerJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Administrator Messaging Engineer with strong handson expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 20162019 mailflow management email security Active Directory and PowerShell scripting The candidate will be responsible for administration monitoring troubleshooting security high availability and maintenance of the enterprise messaging environment
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server 20162019 environments
Manage and troubleshoot mail flow SMTP SendReceive Connectors transport queues message tracking and NDRrelated issues
Configure and maintain email security and antispam policies transport rules filtering and mailflow security controls
Perform Active Directory administration including users groups permissions and Exchangerelated AD configurations
Develop and use PowerShell scripts for ExchangeAD administration automation reporting and troubleshooting
Support Exchange High Availability using Database Availability Groups DAG including database replication health monitoring and failover
Participate in Exchange migrations upgrades patching and Cumulative Update activities
Diagnose and resolve complex messaging mailbox database connectivity and performance issues
Support Exchange infrastructure hosted on VMware and perform basic VMware troubleshooting
Perform Windows Server administration monitoring patching and troubleshooting
Support backup recovery disaster recovery incident management and rootcause analysis activities

Experience handling L2L3 Exchange incidents changes upgrades and production support
