Project Planner

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Working closely with Project Manager (PM) to update financial plans (As Sold, Revised & Approved) for the new projects.

• Prepare and process invoices in line with PO terms and coordinate with various teams.

• Update and revise project budgets based on approved change orders.

• Funding revaluation and accommodating currency fluctuations and reflecting in the project cost

• Execute and track internal project cost transfers to ensure correct allocation of project expenses.

• For the monthly invoiced projects, revenue events creation.

• Closure of the projects in Oracle and clarity as per PM and PA team

• Prepare and update EAC reports to support financial plan tracking.

• Create and manage task codes and Oracle related tasks to support team.

• Allocate and adjust project resources in Clarity, including timesheet adjustments and alignment with project requirements.

• Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.

• Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.

For This Role, You Will Need: 

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce 

• Experience in general accounting and project administration

• Experience: 3 to 5 years

• This position has access to confidential data and responsibility for reports. Candidate must exhibit confidentiality, truthfulness & accuracy of data in reporting.

• Self-Motivation and ready to accept challenging assignments

• Having fast and agile decision-making approach

• Knows importance of keeping deadlines

• Proficient language and communication skills; both verbal and written

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
