Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, your day revolves around championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. You actively shape and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Throughout the day, you facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, continuously validating ideas and gathering feedback to adapt strategies promptly. Your role is pivotal in steering the product development process with a human-centered approach, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving market needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure product features meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align priorities and expectations.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong skills in backlog management and roadmap planning.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to apply human-centered design principles in product development.
- Competence in validating product ideas through feedback loops and iterative testing.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills to influence and guide teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Software Product Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
