Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Agile Developer to join our innovative Agile Development Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development using modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and NestJS.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across the full technology stack. The role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building modern, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade web applications across frontend and backend systems.

• Build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.

• Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.

• Architect reusable, modular, and maintainable solutions following industry best practices and clean architecture principles.

• Implement highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

System Design & Architecture

• Contribute to technical architecture, system design, and engineering strategy discussions.

• Design scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.

• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve platform capabilities.

• Participate in technical design reviews and architectural governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-scale application development.

• Strong expertise in:

  • RectJS

  • NodeJS

  • NestJS

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

  • HTML5 / CSS3

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, OOP concepts, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

• Experience building scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore.

• Experience with ORM technologies such as TypeORM or Prisma.

• Familiarity with caching and in-memory data stores such as Redis.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and responsive design principles.

• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated deployment strategies.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
