Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to diverse organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable compensation solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and facilitate smooth project delivery.
