To manage CIC-related activities, including identification of CIC rejection cases, document verification, data correction, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, customer contact, and resolution tracking to improve portfolio coverage and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize CIC rejection cases and identify root causes of rejection.
• Validate customer data, KYC details, PAN, mobile numbers, and address information.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and operations teams for document retrieval.
• Track document availability and prepare cases for re-submission.
• Maintain end-to-end case tracker and ensure timely closure of assigned cases.
• Monitor productivity, resolution rates, and aging buckets.
• Highlight process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve CIC success rates.
• Prepare daily MIS and management reports on case status and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  · Good knowledge of CIBIL/CIC processes. 

  · Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills. 

  · Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 

  · Good communication and follow-up skills. 

  · Ability to manage large volumes of cases and meet targets.
