Position Overview

We are looking for a Motivated IAM Operations Engineer with 1–2 years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations across enterprise environments. Skilled in access provisioning, RBAC, MFA, Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and IAM operational support. Experienced in handling access requests, onboarding/offboarding activities, IAM queue management, and security governance processes while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IAM operations including user provisioning, access requests and account management activities.
• Assist in managing IAM and PAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, CyberArk, and Duo.
• Handle access requests and group modification requests, privileged access requests while ensuring compliance with security policies and RBAC standards.
• Monitor IAM queues, incidents, alerts, and escalations to ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution.
• Support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and application onboarding activities.
• Perform regular access reviews, cleanup activities, and audit support tasks for IAM/PAM systems.
• Assist in documenting IAM operational procedures, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve IAM-related issues.
• Develop basic PowerShell or scripting automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stay updated on IAM, PAM, and security best practices and emerging technologies.
• Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IAM Operations, IT Support, Access Management, or Information Security operations.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, MFA, SSO, authentication, and authorization.
• Hands-on exposure to IAM/PAM tools such as EntraID (Azure AD), SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user/group management, and access provisioning processes.
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python is preferred.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn IAM technologies and processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Certifications such as Microsoft SC-300 (preparing/pursuing), Security+, or IAM-related foundational certifications are an added advantage.
