Summary:
As a Security Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions aimed at protecting digital assets and ensuring the continuity of business operations. This role requires integrating security measures seamlessly into various enterprise systems, applications, and processes. The practitioner actively works to prevent cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches by continuously enhancing security frameworks and collaborating with different stakeholders to maintain a robust security posture across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address complex security challenges and implement effective strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience in designing and deploying security controls such as identity and access management, threat protection, and data encryption.
- Ability to conduct security assessments and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate risks.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and tools to handle security events efficiently.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and frameworks relevant to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
