Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP WalkMe_Senior Associates who can Implement and manage DAP solutions (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now) to create in-app guidance and workflows. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop interactive training content, including e-learning modules, job aids, and user guides. 

• Implement and manage DAP solutions (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now) to create in-app guidance and workflows. 

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective content. 

• Ensure content aligns with organizational standards and is optimized for user engagement. 

• Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 2–5 years of experience in training content development and instructional design. 

• Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms (preferably WalkMe and SAP Enable Now). 

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning best practices. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms (preferably WalkMe and SAP Enable Now).
