What would you do? • Lead Seller and Deal Support operations covering sales support, deal management, quota administration, reporting and governance. Drive SLA adherence, operational excellence, automation, stakeholder management and team performance.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred • 10 to 14 years experience with 6+ years in Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support • Experience managing teams of 30 to 80 resources • Director and Senior Director stakeholder management • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • • Seller and Deal Support operations • Sales support, opportunity management and quote coordination • Quota administration, case management and governance • Incident management and issue resolution • Sales reporting, dashboards and analytics • Workforce planning, forecasting and resource
