Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist
NTT DATA Global Delivery Services LtdJob Description
Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Employer Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Own and drive the employer brand strategy for assigned regions, ensuring consistent application of the EVP across all talent-facing channels and markets
- Serve as the in-house employer branding expert — advising senior HR, TA, and business leaders on brand positioning, candidate perception, and competitive differentiation in local talent markets
- Lead the development and evolution of talent marketing frameworks, strategic campaign plans, and regional go-to-market approaches
- Identify and respond to shifts in regional talent landscapes, proactively recommending employer brand strategies that keep NTT DATA competitive as an employer of choice
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
- Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns across regions and talent segments, from awareness through to application
- Lead targeted campaigns for critical hiring initiatives, leadership roles, and special projects with a sharp focus on ROI and pipeline quality
- Develop tailored, region-specific strategies that reflect local culture, talent behaviors, and market nuances — particularly across India and other markets
Social Media Strategy & Content
- Own talent-focused social media strategy across key platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and emerging channels
- Write and produce high-quality, platform-native social media copy and content that drives engagement, builds brand affinity, and compels action among target talent audiences
- Manage content calendars, campaign scheduling, and community engagement in collaboration with the broader marketing and communications teams
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices to continuously sharpen social media performance
Content Development & Brand Compliance
- Serve as the primary content editor and quality check for all talent marketing assets — including job advertisements, social media creatives, email campaigns, event assets, and recruitment collateral
- Ensure rigorous brand compliance across all talent marketing outputs, acting as a brand guardian to maintain consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging
- Develop and maintain a library of modular, reusable talent marketing assets that regional teams can adapt within brand guidelines
- Translate complex business and role narratives into clear, compelling, candidate-centric content that resonates with diverse global audiences
Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory
- Operate as a trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for regional TA leaders and senior business stakeholders across India and MEA
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Marketing teams globally
- Lead regular strategic reviews and planning sessions with regional partners, translating business hiring goals into actionable talent marketing strategies
- Drive alignment and buy-in across geographically distributed teams and diverse organizational cultures
Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns and regional talent marketing initiatives
- Deliver regular performance reporting and data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, recommending optimizations based on results
- Benchmark NTT DATA's employer brand performance against industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities
Requirements for this role include:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field is required
- A Master's degree or MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Strategic Communications is an advantage
- Professional certifications in employer branding, digital marketing, or social media strategy are a plus
Experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrable track record of owning and executing employer brand strategy end-to-end, not just executing tasks
- Extensive experience developing and managing social media strategies and writing platform-native copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major channels
- Proven experience building and managing careers website content and optimizing digital candidate journeys
- Experience working across or within India and other talent markets is strongly preferred
- Background partnering with senior HR, TA, and business leaders as a strategic advisor, not just a delivery resource
Key Competencies
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences and formats
- Deep command of brand management principles, brand voice, and compliance across global organizations
- Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, paid social, email marketing, analytics, and campaign management
- Proficiency with talent marketing and employer branding tools and platforms (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Everyone Social, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, measure impact, and translate insights into strategy
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by a genuine passion for employer branding and the candidate experience
- Intellectually curious and proactive — someone who stays ahead of trends and constantly pushes for better
- Collaborative by nature, with the interpersonal skills to build trust and influence effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy in a large, globally matrixed organization
- A natural storyteller who takes pride in turning complex information into engaging, human-centered content.
