As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and automation within IT operations platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
