Operations Team Member-Support Services-Quality Control-Operations 360

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Coordinate with Audit team
2. Manage Concurrent Audit
3. Perform GL Reconciliation
4. UE Reporting
5. Coordinate with IAD audit and coordinate with RPC’s for closure of audit observations
6. Should have knowledge of KYC documents and regulations
7. Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released of Retail Liability Operations
8. Performing  quality control checks as per the defined parameter
9. Performing regulatory activities , tracking and reporting the same within defined timelines 
10. Identifying controls for system validations 
11. Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process as and when required
12. Monitoring accounts opened for Financial Inclusiona – BSBDA
13. Handling of Regulatory Reporting
14. Review of Process and Product notes
15. Handling query desk for queries raised by Branch/ RPC’s

Skills Required 

1. Good communication skills
2. Interacting with various stake holders
3. Should have good knowledge on Excel, Word, PPT
4. Knowledge of building queries for extracting data from reporting systems
5. Eye for details 
6. Knowledge of KYC guidelines

( DWH , SQL etc..)
