Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Specialist

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive FinOps Workflow Process Expert to manage and optimize financial workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate financial entries are posted, clearing workflow discrepancies, and working closely with vendors to resolve disputes efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage financial workflows, including vendor disputes, invoicing, purchase orders, and cost allocation. 

• Ensure accurate financial entries are posted and maintain workflow integrity. 

• Collaborate with vendors to identify and resolve disputes promptly. 

• Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes. 

• Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and drive process improvement initiatives. 

• Execute tasks in line with SLAs and adhere to internal controls and audit requirements. 

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and industry standards. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

• Proficiency in financial operations tools and platforms. 

• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems. 

• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in FinOps principles and best practices. 

• Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization strategies.
