Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to enhance system performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Experience in integrating monitoring tools with custom software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
