Relationship Manager - AHF

Sales & Business Development

• Source Affordable Housing Loan customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual home loan disbursement targets.
• Identify potential markets and develop customer acquisition strategies.
• Generate leads through builders, brokers, DSAs, and customer references.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business generation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Guide customers through the home loan application process.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Cross-sell insurance and other financial products where applicable.

Credit & Documentation Support

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster loan approvals.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan applications.
• Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.

Portfolio Management

• Monitor customer repayments and portfolio health.
• Follow up on pending documentation and disbursement requirements.
• Support collections team in controlling delinquency within the assigned portfolio.
