Senior Specialist - Software Engineering
Role Summary
Lead the design implementation and management of cloudnative platforms with a focus on DevOps automation Kubernetes container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform Drive platform reliability scalability security and operational excellence while mentoring engineering teams and supporting businesscritical applications
Key Responsibilities
Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and cloud platform engineering programs
Design deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code IaC solutions using Terraform
Build and optimize CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins or similar tools
Establish release management deployment automation and environment provisioning standards
Implement observability monitoring logging and ing solutions
Define and enforce cloud security governance and compliance standards
Drive containerization and microservices adoption across application teams
Collaborate with architects developers security teams and operations teams for solution delivery
Perform capacity planning performance tuning and cost optimization
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on cloudnative technologies
Required Skills
Strong experience in DevOps practices and platform engineering
Handson expertise with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
Experience with Azure AWS or Google Cloud platforms
CICD tools Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CICD
Container technologies Docker Kubernetes Helm
Scripting Python Bash PowerShell
Monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog Azure Monitor or equivalent
Version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud certifications Azure AWS Kubernetes
Experience with service mesh platform engineering and GitOps practices
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
Experience managing largescale enterprise cloud environments
