Deputy Manager-TCF Quality
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Handling of Product & Process Audit of Commercial Vehicle & Assembly Line ( TCF ).
2. Responsible for Outgoing Vehicle Quality level and monitoring the same through Daily work management.
3. Managing team of Inspectors & Auditors working in Shifts.
4. Root cause analysis of customer complaints , In-process defects and Line rejections.
5. Daily MIS generation for all Quality indicators , conducting meeting with stake holders and taking corrective actions.
6. Monitoring of actions & Escalating nonadherence of actions.
7. Monitoring of Process Capability through SPC & monitoring of R&R through MSA.
8. Standardization of all Process Parameters, SOP/SOS & updation of Control Plan & Check sheet.
9. Product & Process Improvement through Kaizen, Poka-yoke & Detection control (AI based ).
10. New Product introduction & EN management & Planning for all Quality evaluation.
11. Horizontal deployment & Lesson learnt preparation.
