The role will primarily support the reporting manager in business development, client servicing, market intelligence, and transaction execution activities while building strong relationships with retailers, landlords, and developers. About the Role:

• Assist the reporting manager in business development activities, including market mapping, lead generation, retailer outreach, and prospect research.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, site evaluation reports, and leasing recommendations.
• Conduct market research on retail real estate trends, rental values, occupancy levels, new developments, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with retailers, landlords, developers, and shopping center management teams to schedule property inspections and meetings.
• Maintain accurate databases, leasing trackers, and CRM systems with client interactions, property details, availability updates, and transaction progress.
• Assist in preparing Letters of Intent (LOIs), commercial proposals, lease agreements, and other leasing documentation.
• Support negotiation processes and transaction execution under the guidance of the reporting manager.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to ensure seamless leasing transactions and client deliverables.
• Work closely with internal teams including Research, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project Management to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, landlords, retailers, and industry stakeholders while representing the organization professionally.

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, Business Development, Property Consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong interest in developing a career within the retail real estate sector.
• Understanding of retail leasing concepts, shopping centers, high street retail, and commercial real estate markets is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take increasing ownership of responsibilities.
