As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to evolving operational needs and contributing to process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize operational workflows and enhance system efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Principal Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and infrastructure components.
- Experience in managing and supporting large-scale production environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
