What would you do? CF OperationsHR Transformation & Operations involves improving and managing HR processes and systems. Responsibilities include implementing new HR technologies, optimizing workflows, and driving change initiatives to enhance efficiency. The goal is to modernize HR functions and align them with the organizations strategic objectives. This role requires strong project management and analytical skills.
