AM/DM - Module Production

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Battery Assembly Process Expertise. Strong knowledge of battery module and pack assembly, welding technologies, testing processes, quality requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
2. Production & Operational Excellence. Proficiency in production planning, line balancing, capacity management, OEE improvement, bottleneck elimination, and achieving SQCDP targets.
3. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving. Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation.
4. Leadership & Team Management. Ability to lead large shop-floor teams, drive employee engagement, develop talent through coaching and multi-skilling, and ensure high-performance culture.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance. Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EHS practices, and customer-specific quality requirements.
6. Digital & Automation Orientation. Exposure to ERP/MES systems, production analytics, automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, robotics, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Experience

1. 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations, preferably in Battery Assembly, Automotive, EV, Electronics, or related industries.
2. Proven experience in managing end-to-end assembly operations, production planning, manpower management, and process optimization.
3. Hands-on experience in driving SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity) targets and operational excellence initiatives.
4. Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OEE improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Industry Preferred

Automobile Industry, Battery Manufacturing

Qualifications

Degree ( Mechanical, Electronic) , Preferred - Degree Engineer with relevant experience in domain more than 5 years
